We are looking for an experienced product owner to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. By understanding Willa´s strategic and competitive position, you will ensure that we deliver products that are best in the industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to take charge and shape our product strategy and execution as we build something great.

Together with developers and designers, you will be part of a small and fast-growing product team that works closely together to find synergies and best practices.

What you'll do 🤔💻

• Work with the core product team to develop and continuously prioritize the roadmap and refine the product strategy
• Incept, build, plan and prioritize product and technical feature backlog
• Break down the product vision into deliverables
• Collaborate with the product team and other relevant stakeholders, ensure projects are prioritized, the longer-term company strategy and overarching product development goals

Who are you? 🙋

• 4+ years experience in a product role
• Experience from building digital products that users love
• Successful track record of developing products with deadlines
• Sharp analytical and problem solving skills
• Creative and innovative thinker
• In-depth understanding of the US market, an eye on developing trends in the U.S and a deep understanding of the US society.
• Love of the hands-on stuff. Capable even without anyone to delegate to
• A storytelling mindset
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where Left today may be Right tomorrow
• Native or fluent in English
