The role 🧑‍🚀

The Studio @ Willa is looking for an incredible digital and social creator with a strong visual background and mad general creative skills. Based in Los Angeles, you will work on projects across platforms and of every scope. From day to day digital content creation for social platforms, to large scale video and multi-city events, no two days will look the same - and we are looking forward to you bringing your creative chops to all aspects of the challenge ahead.

You will be a key member of Willa's small but growing studio team, partnering with other baller creators inside and outside the team, and you will have massive impact on how we tell our story going forward.

What you'll do 🧑‍💻

• Create next level digital content that will help build connections between Willa and the creator community
• Be an engine in daily, weekly and monthly execution of content development and execution
• Be a champion for creative quality and consistency across functions and teams
• Partner with studio creators on projects across social, video, podcasts, events, sponsorship activation, digital assets, blog content, website and much (so much!) more.

Who are you? 🙋

• You probably have 3+ years of professional creator experience, either as a freelancer, at an agency, platform or brand.
• You are extremely comfortable in the creator world and have solid previous experience from building brands through social media and digital storytelling
• You’re a kick-ass visual-first artist
• You execute on ideas, as opposed to dropping them into someone else’s lap
• You can pick up a camera-phone and create amazing visual content in short time, but you’re equally comfortable in larger scale content projects.
• You rock all digital tools needed to create fantastic video, images and design
• You bring zero ego to the creative process, thrive on building on other people’s ideas, and no project is too big or small for you
• You have an eye for detail, but shy away from marketing lingo
• You’re more passionate about executing creative ideas than you are about managing people
• You’re a free-thinker, a tinkerer and an experimenter
• You’re not afraid of saying “I don’t know”
